Passionate Pets LTD Refund & Return Policy  

Thanks for purchasing our products at Passionate Pets ltd. 

Due to the nature of some of the products we sell, items that are frozen at the time of the purchase are not eligible for a refund. 

Returns are accepted on non perishable goods within 14 days of purchase, items need to be in the original packaging and undamaged and proof of purchase presented. 

If our products are damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with the product or relevant photos and proof of purchase and we will be happy to refund you. 

Products sold in our 'second chance' section are sold as seen and cannot be returned. 'Second chance' section includes items at reduced costs, this may be down to the product being damaged or past its sell by date, customers will be made aware of this at the time of purchase.
